Refund Policy

Our policy

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so you only pay once you have tried it. If you are unhappy with a paid charge, request a full refund within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it, no questions asked. You can cancel any time from your billing page, and cancellation stops future charges.

How to request a refund

Email hello@compliancetracker.co.za or WhatsApp wa.me/27639004935 from the email address on your account, and include your invoice or Paddle order number.

Card payments are refunded by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. EFT payments are refunded to the bank account they came from.

Cancellations

Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See also our Terms of Service.
